The young schoolgirl Nakami Sayuri, played by Yuko Hanajima receives a strange old man the power to become the Star Fascinating Patrine in order to protect the peace in the city. In fact, this old man is the god of the city and told her the following condition: she must not reveal his secret identity to anyone, under penalty of being turned into a sapo. Everything gets worse with the onset of the terrible Devil of Hell (Diablo, in the original), but she has the help of Little Star Fascinating Patrine actually her younger sister, Tomoko (plays by Rie Maeda), who also suffers the same conditions. Away from the adventures, they still live confusion thanks to his brother, Hideki and his gang.
